The GKTECH engine bay brake line delete kits are designed to remove the hard brake lines within the engine bay. We developed these kits in order to clean up the engine bay. Our kit is super easy to install, simply remove the standard lines and plug them in. Total install time should be around 30 minutes.
The GKTECH braided brake lines are assembled using stainless steel fittings and hose that consists of a Teflon inner tube wrapped in stainless steel braid and a PVC outer coating for protection. The brake lines have been independently tested to comply with FMVSS106 standards for brake hoses. This makes the lines DOT compliant in the USA and they are marked as such on the brake line assemblies.
The FMVSS106 testing procedure that the lines have been tested against includes the following tests:
- 370lbs pull test
- 35 hour whip test
- 7000psi burst test
- -45degF to 245degF temperature tests
- 24 hour salt corrosion resistance test
- Assembled in Australia using quality fittings and stainless steel Teflon lined lines
- Direct replacement of the standard hard lines
- Cleans up the look of the engine bay
- No permanent modifications are required.

Will this fit my car?We can only confirm fitment for the vehicles listed above under "vehicle compatibility". If your car is not listed there, then we don’t know if it will fit.
Do you make these to suit other cars?
We only sell the parts listed on our website. If it’s not listed on our website, then we don’t sell it. Sorry.
What modifications are required, are these hard to fit?
No modifications are required, simply just remove the factory hardlines and fit the braided lines as you feel necessary.
Is there anything else needed for installation?
You will need to re-bleed your brakes, so you will need tools and brake fluid. In terms of the lines they will arrive as shown in the product photo.
Can I install this myself? If so how long will installation take?
Yes, the brake lines are easy to install and should take around 30 minutes. Simply remove your OEM hardlines and replace them with your new lines, then tighten the lines referencing the OEM torque specs. You will then need to top up the brake fluid and bleed the brake system. Being the brake system we recommend only a trained professional to install this product.

Well made kit and looks pretty durable (time will tell..) was sent the wrong banjo fittings but GK reps reached out to correct this the same day I received the initial package. They were quick to send the right ones with no hassle. My only reason for 4 stars is the angle on the elbows into the front brake connections is not quite right on a 32GTR. Not a big hassle I just persuaded the brackets to make it work. Otherwise impressed and really cleans up the engine bay
