What's the advantage of using the GKTech Polyurethane transmission mount?
Polyurethane transmission mounts keep engine and driveline movement to an absolute minimum which enables the running gear to directly get the power to the ground.
In addition to being polyurethane, we include 2 sets of inserts in different hardnesses so you can use the inserts to your preference, including both a 70ShA and a 80ShA set. Having removable inserts also means that this mount is rebuildable should the need arise.
What modifications are required, is this hard to fit?
No modifications are required just simply remove and refit.
Is there anything else needed for installation?
No, the mounts come with all accessories to be fitted. They will arrive as shown in the product photo.
Can I install this myself? If so how long will installation take?
Yes, it is relatively straightforward. Installation should take around 20 minutes.
