What modifications are required, is this hard to fit?
No modifications are required, simply remove the fragments of the presumably broken OEM unit and install the new aluminium outlets.
Do these outlets run the factory restrictor valve on the S13/R32?
No, we don't run a restrictor valve with our heater core outlets.
Is there any issue with not running factory restrictor valve on the S13/R32?
None that we are aware of. This is the norm for all aftermarket heater core outlets.
