The GKTECH high misalignment outer tie rods have 64 degrees of misalignment, 0.98" (25mm) of bump steer correction built-in and come with 3 different length shanks (to suit those with longer LCA's or aftermarket knuckles).
Although these may look pretty similar to other tie rod ends on the market, don't be fooled as they are different (in a good way). Almost all tie rod ends on the market that use heim joints are NOT using high misalignment bearings and wear out in no time at all. OEM type tie rod ends provide around 60 degrees of misalignment and it is critical that around this level of misalignment is kept.
Another common issue with most aftermarket style tie rod ends is that there is no protection from dust and dirt. We've developed dust boots specifically to suit the PCYML10T heim joints that we use in our kit. It's also pretty common for shanks to bend under high loads, our shanks have a tensile strength of 176ksi (class 12.9)
The 3 different length rods INCLUDED are: standard length, +0.59 (15mm) and +1.37" (35mm). Bump steer correction is altered through the use of 0.19" (5mm) shims, unlike others on the market ours are adjustable in height.
- Corrects bump steer up to 0.98" (25mm)
- Uses high quality PTFE lined 1 5/8" high misalignment heim joints
- 3 different length rods INCLUDED (standard length, +0.59" (15mm) and +1.37" (35mm)
- Available in both 12mm and 14mm (specify at the time of ordering)
- Dust boots included
NOTE: If you intend on using our 14mm extended inner tie rods, you must also order the corresponding outer (being the 14mm even if you are using on an S13 or an S15).
NOTE: When used with stock knuckles the tie rod thread may need to be cut down we recommend using our adjustable inner tie rods (14mm) which offer more than enough thread either way as seen in the following link.

FAQs
How hard are these to install?Remove your old tie rod ends and install these. It's a very self explanatory install and shouldn't take longer than 30 minutes.
Will this fit my car?
If your car is listed above then this is a straight fit.
Do I need a wheel alignment after installing these?
Unless you get the length spot on perfect, you will need a wheel alignment after installation.
Why do you include 3 different length rods?
As with our knuckles or with use with extended LCA's, the tie rod end position is moved and you'll need longer tie rods. Now with our kit, you can keep your standard tie rods and just use the corresponding rods that we supply in this kit.
Do you carry spare parts for this product?
Yes we carry the following spare parts for this product;
Do I need 12mm or 14mm?
Whilst the S13/180SX/S15 come factory with 12mm, we recommend measuring to be sure. Simply measure the outside diamater of the threaded section on your inner tie rod. If unsure, please reach out.
Are there any special tools required?
No, a spanner set will do the job which we do sell separately here - https://au.gktech.com/open-ended-spanners
